Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support the SEC Reporting team, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage the preparation and analysis of external financial reports, including 10-Q and 10-K filings, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and collaborating with various finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to report on the company's overall performance through SEC filings
- Assist in the creation and validation of 10-Q/10-K reports and related analyses
- Identify opportunities to enhance external financial disclosures through technical expertise
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Prior experience in External Reporting or public accounting is a plus
- Proficiency with the Workiva reporting platform is advantageous
