Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Connecting sales motion to financial outcomes, the full-time Financial Analyst will assist with revenue forecasting, support planning initiatives, and build financial models while working remotely within the finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with revenue forecasting by building and maintaining models that incorporate pipeline data and sales metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning, quota attainment analysis, and commercial efficiency metrics
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, translating findings into clear narratives for executive leadership
Required qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in FP&A or a similar Financial Analyst role
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, with experience building revenue and GTM models from scratch
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and HubSpot or comparable ERP and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, NRR, CAC, and LTV
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
