Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Financial Analyst V will analyze financial data, manage investment priorities, and maintain reports and dashboards for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor actuals versus plans and manage investment priorities while addressing Business Partner queries related to purchase orders and budget policies
• Run, refresh, and maintain weekly reports and dashboards to ensure accurate headcount-related metrics are accessible to leadership and cross-functional partners
• Synthesize financial data into clear status updates and proactively address issues in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Strong experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including operating expense management and budget cycles
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan)
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and reporting of financial data
