Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time Financial Analyst will prepare complex financial trend analyses, coordinate financial data, and participate in budget planning while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares advanced financial trend and data analysis reports and identifies variances
- Participates in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conducts ad-hoc projects and provides management consultation on financial reporting methodologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience in financial analysis and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or four (4) years of directly related experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Proficiency in PC-based word processing and spreadsheet applications, including advanced functions
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
