Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Analyzing operational and expense trends, the remote Financial Analyst will provide financial modeling, assist with budget reviews, and support acquisition processes while working closely with corporate staff and ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide financial modeling to analyze property performance and make recommendations
- Underwrite acquisition targets and prepare analytical reports
- Facilitate monthly reporting, trending, forecasting, and projections
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
- Past operational experience in residential property management, preferably in student housing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to manipulate large data sets
- Deep understanding of financial concepts and analytical skills
- Experience with Entrata software is a plus
