Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Americas Commercial Finance team, the hybrid Financial Analyst will provide forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to enable informed business decisions, partnering closely with commercial leaders to analyze performance and develop insights for growth and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets for bookings and operating expenses
• Partner with commercial sales leaders to evaluate business activities and forecast their impact on revenue and financial performance
• Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to support decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial models and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
