Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial planning and reporting processes, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will consolidate forecasts, analyze business performance, and collaborate with various teams to drive process improvements and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year outlooks while providing key business insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with senior management and accounting to ensure accuracy of financials and develop reporting that supports key decision-makers
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and systems, facilitating scalability and efficiency within the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus
- Proven ability to produce accurate work and drive projects to completion independently
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and large data sets
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change effectively
