Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Preparing complex financial trend and data analysis reports, the full-time Financial Analyst will oversee budget performance, coordinate financial data, and participate in departmental budget development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepares advanced financial trend and data analysis reports and summarizes key findings
- Participates in the planning and development of regional and departmental budgets, ensuring accuracy in budget system entries
- Monitors department budgets, investigates variances, and communicates findings to management
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience in financial analysis and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or four (4) years of directly related experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Proficiency in PC-based word processing and spreadsheet applications, including advanced functions
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
