Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting NRG Business through financial forecasting and performance reporting, the full-time Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business drivers and develop insights that inform strategic decision-making, while working in a hybrid office environment in Houston.
Key Responsibilities
- Support P&L forecasting, performance reporting, and variance analysis
- Analyze business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities impacting EBITDA
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership and sales teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a similar field
- 2-4 years of relevant financial, analytical, or related experience
- Experience with AI and AI tools
- Strong Excel skillset; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, concise insights
