Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting organizational growth remotely, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage project-level financial planning, analysis, and revenue assurance while collaborating with Finance, Project Management, and Senior Leadership to ensure financial accuracy and protect project margins.

Key responsibilities:

• Performs financial analysis, budget creation, and project forecasting, reviewing budget vs. actuals reports
• Conducts monthly project reviews with project management and senior management to identify potential contract issues and provide financial overviews
• Coordinates pricing for out-of-scope services and ensures accurate client billings according to contract terms

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in corporate or project finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with Percent Complete accounting is a plus
