Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance team, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, while collaborating across functions to provide data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual planning process, including operating and capital budgets, in collaboration with leadership
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance financial performance in partnership with business units
• Produce relevant financial reporting and analyze large datasets to identify trends and business drivers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and financial modeling
• Experience in extracting and analyzing large datasets to inform decision-making
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
