Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Preparing advanced financial trend and data analysis reports, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage budget performance evaluations, coordinate financial data distribution, and participate in budget planning and development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financial data for departmental and regional budget performance
- Prepare complex financial reports and summarize key findings from variance analyses
- Participate in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or four (4) years of directly related experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Proficiency in PC-based word processing and spreadsheet applications, including advanced functions
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
