Job Summary
To support a collaborative finance team, the full-time Financial Analyst will analyze manufacturing performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights while working primarily remotely with occasional office presence in Charlotte, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing performance metrics including material usage, labor, and overhead to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage budgeting, rolling forecasts, and production planning across multiple manufacturing locations
- Provide financial reporting and insights to leadership, enhancing visibility into plant performance and operational decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations
- Hands-on experience with financial data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Power BI
- Ability to work collaboratively with plant operations and translate financial data into actionable insights
