Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support the customer lifecycle and drive sustainable growth, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst will leverage advanced business intelligence to enhance Net Retention Rates, optimize operations, and provide strategic insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build sophisticated Business Intelligence models to provide strategic insights into retention and service costs
- Spearhead frameworks for renewals and churn assumptions to support executive decision-making and revenue forecasting
- Champion customer analytics by tracking Lifetime Value and engagement trends to maximize platform stickiness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A roles
