Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research errors and out of balance activities, reconcile activities within plan and participant accounts, and create client facing reports
• Build and maintain positive relationships with business partners across the organization
• Support quality and compliance activities and effectively communicate and coordinate with offshore partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, math, or finance or a related field with accounting experience
• At least 3-5 years' accounting experience in a retirement plans or fund company
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-up
• Strong Excel knowledge, including Pivot tables, Vlookup, and other spreadsheet functionality
• Experience in developing and executing SQL queries
