Financial Analyst - Accountant IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst - Accountant IV in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support M&A Accounting Operations Manager in integrating acquired entities and providing guidance on accounting, reporting, and process implications
• Analyze and reconcile M&A revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable
• Prepare journal entries, audit schedules, and reports to support internal and external reporting requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in public accounting and industry
• Experience with ASC 606-Revenue from Contracts with Customers and documenting accounting conclusions
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Rev Pro, etc
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 805-Business Combinations preferred
