Financial Analyst - AI Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting a dental practice management software platform, the full-time Financial Analyst - AI Analytics will apply advanced financial analysis, automation, and AI-driven insights to enhance subscription revenue, practice usage, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for key performance metrics including ARR, MRR, and churn
• Develop AI-enabled forecasting models to predict customer behavior and automate finance processes
• Analyze practice management workflows to connect usage trends with financial outcomes and support pricing decisions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in SaaS or healthcare IT
• Strong financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills, with experience in Power BI or similar tools
• Experience implementing AI tools or automation in a finance or analytics context
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience supporting DSO or multi-location healthcare customers preferred
