Financial Analyst - AI & Data Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting a dental practice management software platform, the full-time Financial Analyst - AI & Data Analytics will apply advanced financial analysis and AI-driven insights to enhance subscription revenue, operational performance, and reporting automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for revenue metrics and support monthly forecasting and budgeting
• Develop AI-enabled forecasting models and automate finance processes using tools like Power BI
• Analyze practice management workflows to connect usage trends with financial outcomes and support pricing decisions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in SaaS or healthcare IT
• Strong financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Experience using and implementing AI tools or automation in finance or analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
