Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst - Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis and due diligence of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances
Develop complex financial models to evaluate the financial viability of potential deals
Design and prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred
0-4 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis
Strong Excel skills, including experience analyzing large quantities of data and creating complex formulas
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Growth mindset, with a desire to learn and explore different areas of FP&A and Finance
