Financial Analyst, Expert (PA Licensed)

Job Summary

To drive impactful change through advanced data analysis and strategic insight, the full-time remote Financial Analyst, Expert (Provider Compensation) will strengthen and standardize the physician and provider compensation infrastructure while developing analytical tools and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial and statistical analyses, explaining findings to non-technical audiences
• Build and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to provide visibility into compensation metrics and financial impact
• Partner with various departments to implement new processes and compensation software, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field required
• Minimum of five years of related work experience, or a Master's degree/CPA license with four years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with seven years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheet applications; PeopleSoft General Ledger proficiency preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced mathematical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize analysis results effectively
