Financial Analyst, Fixed Asset Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst, Fixed Asset & Property Accounting, who will support the capital expenditure process and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record acquisitions, dispositions, and transfers of fixed assets; track and compile project costs
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze store-level data trends
• Review and validate building expenses, research discrepancies, and assist with annual budget reviews

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Master's degree in Accounting (MAcc) or MBA preferred
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 is a plus) preferred
• CPA certification or progress toward it preferred
