Financial Analyst FP A Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical business support to program leadership and operations, develop deep understanding of program strategies, and facilitate financial meetings
• Develop innovative analyses to monitor business performance, provide actionable insights, and identify strategic opportunities
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare financial reports, and contribute to the improvement of the FP&A function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of work experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to think strategically and problem solve in a complex environment
