Financial Analyst - FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst - FP&A Business Partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance insights
• Manage budget and forecast processes, including headcount planning and operating expense analysis
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to enhance reporting and data visualization

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Pigment, Oracle PBCS) is a plus
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Proactive and collaborative approach to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
