Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze labor performance, including headcount, productivity, and compensation trends
• Develop and maintain labor and incentive forecast models for budgeting and financial planning
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards to communicate labor-related performance to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related field
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related financial role
• Strong understanding of labor-related financial concepts and variance analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for report creation
