Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Summary

To support core corporate finance processes, the full-time remote Financial Analyst, FP&A will manage monthly actuals, maintain FP&A models, and investigate variances while partnering with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own recurring components of the monthly actuals process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across financial statements
• Maintain core FP&A models and reporting outputs, including reconciliations and quality assurance checks
• Support budget and forecast cycles through data preparation, consolidation, and reporting

Required qualifications

• Early-career experience in FP&A or a related finance role
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools, particularly Pigment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize financial performance and variances
• Experience with executive reporting and presentation preparation
• Familiarity with automation tools and processes in finance
