Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the FP&A function, the full-time remote Financial Analyst, FP&A will manage month-end variance analysis, assist in budget development, and conduct financial modeling and analysis to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own month-end variance analysis on operating expenses, comparing actuals to plans and explaining key drivers
• Support the development and maintenance of the company's operating budget and forecast
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to aid in business decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or an accounting role
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in established model structures
• Excellent ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders
• Experience with FP&A or planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Insights, Anaplan, Planful) is an asset
