Financial Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial projects and processes to meet ongoing reporting needs
• Provide variance analysis for month-end financial statement close process
• Support management in setting organizational goals and developing strategies through financial planning projections

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics preferred
• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification preferred
• 0-2 years of financial experience, healthcare experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
• Ability to independently produce clear financial analysis and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
