Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II responsible for project financial functions in government contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates at completion and review project costs and revenue
- Monitor project spending and reconcile unbilled balances, providing timely reports and presentations
- Assist project managers with annual budget preparation and support the development of cost proposals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in Project Finance and/or Accounting in a government contracting environment
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint for project setup, revenue recognition, and billing
- Knowledge of various government contract types and experience with large contracts
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with Microsoft Office suite
