Financial Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II - Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to enhance reimbursement and revenue cycle efficiency through analysis and reporting
• Manage large deliverables including recurring reports and analysis from the Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence department
• Collaborate with organizational members for audit preparation and provide complex Ad Hoc reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare finance and reporting, with strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with EPIC billing system and Business Intelligence (BI) systems
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and Power BI
• Familiarity with medical terminology and revenue cycle processes
