Financial Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to month-end and year-end accounting by reviewing transactions and preparing journal entries in compliance with GAAP
• Support the development of departmental budgets and interact with operations leadership
• Gather and analyze financial information, perform general ledger research, and prepare variance analyses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related analytical field
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools required
• Experience with large scale automated financial systems (Oracle, Hyperion) is desired
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
