Financial Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II to support financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to month-end and year-end accounting activities by reviewing transactions and preparing journal entries in compliance with GAAP
• Assist in budget development for departments, including creating templates and consolidating submissions
• Gather and analyze financial information, perform ledger research, and prepare variance analyses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is required
• Experience with large-scale automated financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion) is preferred
• Remote work experience is ideal
