Financial Analyst II

Job Summary

To support financial performance tracking for the QARA and MSA business, the full-time remote Financial Analyst II will perform financial and business analysis, assist with month-end close processes, and communicate critical reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the consolidation of month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Partner with the Global QARA Finance team to collect regional financial data
• Analyze departmental operating expenses and present findings to Business Owners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel; ERP experience is a plus
• Ability to work with large data sets and maintain accuracy
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
