Financial Analyst II

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing financial operations, the full-time remote Financial Analyst II will conduct business reporting and analysis to support management in making informed financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages to ensure data accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial management and operational leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role
• Advanced knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles with expert Excel skills
• Experience with BI tools and large datasets, such as Power BI
• Intermediate knowledge of mortgage processes and financial aspects
