Financial Analyst II
Job Summary
Supporting the audit and compliance functions of the 340B program, the full-time hybrid Financial Analyst II will analyze financial and operational data, identify savings opportunities, and manage monthly reporting while working 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supports ambulatory pharmacy workflows, including data management and performance improvement initiatives
- Identifies savings opportunities for the health system and presents findings to UPHS Pharmacy Leadership
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly 340B audits while preparing timely and accurate monthly journal entries
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a similar area of study with 3+ years of experience in audit and/or healthcare (Required)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Finance or a similar area of study with 2+ years of experience in audit and/or healthcare (Preferred)
