Financial Analyst II

Job Summary

Assisting with the monthly financial statement close process, the full-time Financial Analyst II will capture and report financial data, maintain entity financial accounts, and support budget preparation tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial statement close process and issuance of financial statements
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Act as a liaison between Finance staff and external financial audit teams during audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• High proficiency in general ledger and PC applications, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently on assigned tasks
