Financial Analyst II
Job Summary
Providing strategic financial support in a flexible remote setting, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst II will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze financial health, develop budgets, and create analytic models to drive decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate department-level business planning and review sessions to identify variances and drive action plans for budget planning and performance improvement

Required qualifications

- 4+ years of analytical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare data systems and analysis, including familiarity with Strata's EPM System, Epic, and Oracle
- Demonstrated ability to lead small to medium-scale projects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
