Financial Analyst II
Job Summary
Providing strategic financial support, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst II will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis, while working remotely with occasional onsite training requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate department-level business planning and review sessions to drive budget planning and performance improvement
- Develop and scale analytic solutions, including financial assessments and models, to support leadership decision-making
- Analyze financial trends and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of analytical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare data systems and analytics, including familiarity with Strata, Epic, and Oracle
- Ability to lead small to medium scale projects independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
