Financial Analyst III

Job Summary

To support the financial performance of the company, the full-time Financial Analyst III will utilize data analysis and advanced Excel skills to optimize financial reporting and processes while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings near the Menomonee Falls office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial systems
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance reporting efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and finance operations
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and modeling
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
