Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional, Financial Analysis for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flows
Assist in preparing approval documents for client submission
Develop an understanding of basic building systems, real estate, and lease terminology

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or related field with a strong GPA
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of applicable experience
LEED certification, real-estate brokerage or salespersons license desired
Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite, CoStar, and Mapping Software
Basic understanding of real estate and lease terminology
