Financial Analyst - OpEx

Job Summary

Supporting executive leadership in a remote capacity, the full-time Financial Analyst - OpEx will manage monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for operational expenses and headcount in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across departmental OpEx and headcount
• Partner with executive leaders to refine and evolve departmental forecasts and conduct monthly flux reviews
• Analyze ERP and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities while enhancing existing forecasting models

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of FP&A experience with strong OpEx and headcount planning exposure
• Advanced Excel skills with integrated financial modeling capabilities
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Ability to work with large datasets and evolving financial processes
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Recruiting, and leadership teams
