Job Summary
Owning the numbers behind sales compensation, the full-time remote Financial Analyst - Sales Performance and Compensation will manage commission payouts, build performance analytics, and partner with sales leaders to derive insights from CRM data.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and administer sales commission payouts accurately and on time
- Build and maintain reporting that tracks quota attainment against budgets and KPIs
- Leverage CRM systems to monitor pipeline coverage and forecast predictability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Two to four years of experience in sales operations, sales compensation, or financial analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce for data extraction and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and detail
