Building and managing financial reporting models
Preparing budget reports and variance analyses
Developing insights and recommendations for business leaders based on financial trends

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-5 years of experience in FP&A or equivalent role
Experience in Software/Tech/Healthcare industries preferred
MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus
Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights & NetSuite
