Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant discipline
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• CPA or CFA preferred; insurance licenses a plus
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights is advantageous
• Familiarity with process automation and AI tools is a plus
