Financial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Supporting multi-market occupier and leasing clients, the full-time remote Financial Analytics Manager will lead the development of sophisticated financial models and analytics solutions, enabling informed real estate decisions and optimizing portfolio strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the financial analytics leader for multi-market occupier and broker client engagements
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decision-making processes and reporting requirements
• Analyze occupancy costs, lease structures, and cash flows to support transaction recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate finance
• Demonstrated experience leading complex real estate transaction financial analyses
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Familiarity with cash versus GAAP accounting analyses
