Financial Application Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Application Support & Servicing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for proprietary software, diagnosing and resolving complex issues while managing user tickets
• Assist internal users and external borrowers with inquiries and issues, ensuring excellent customer service
• Manage post-origination mortgage account tasks, including payment processing and escrow account management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of general office customer support experience
• Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing and/or property management is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI reporting tools is a plus
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
