Key Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer support and technical assistance to users
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, including bug reproduction and root cause analysis
• Perform system configuration changes and train users on the accounting system

Required Qualifications

• Ability to investigate complex technical issues with an understanding of accounting impacts
• Basic knowledge of NetSuite
• Background in Finance or Accounting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
