Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Financial Assistance Auditor will perform detailed analyses of financial assistance applications, ensuring compliance with policies while effectively communicating with patients regarding application requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial documents related to income, assets, and household composition
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures while monitoring multiple work queues
• Communicate effectively with patients, potentially conducting in-person or virtual meetings to clarify application requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of experience in a healthcare financial setting
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare or finance
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
