Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Associate to assist in scaling a Web3-native accounting and control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record purchase, sales, intercompany, and treasury transactions across fiat and digital asset accounts
• Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, custodians, exchanges, and on-chain wallets
• Support multi-entity consolidation and prepare transaction schedules for VAT and tax filings

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in a multi-entity or international environment
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflows
• Knowledge of blockchain explorers and a desire to learn about crypto sub-ledgers
• Experience in organizing working papers and maintaining an audit trail
