Financial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the investment team remotely, the full-time Financial Associate will oversee trade operations, maintain investment data accuracy, and contribute to financial reporting processes while ensuring strong accounting controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trade operations, including entry, processing, and lifecycle oversight while resolving issues with stakeholders
• Maintain security master data and ensure accuracy of trade documentation and system records
• Validate third-party data, resolve discrepancies, and support portfolio activities through rebalancing and reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with CAMRA, ANTARES, NEXEN, and/or LoanArc preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
