Financial Associate

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Financial Associate will analyze and process accounting transactions, prepare financial statements, and liaise with auditors during audits.

Key responsibilities:

• Record journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Compile and analyze financial results for management and regulatory reporting while maintaining effective reporting controls
• Coordinate annual audits by managing auditor requests and serving as the primary liaison between auditors and finance teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of experience in financial results preparation and analysis, or equivalent education/experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, or MBA)
